The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.

We are on ‘Green Lawns’, with a short walk to The Viking Club and the White Horse complex is just 5 minutes further. It is only a stones throw from West Wittering's stunning beach and also very close to Goodwood and the nearest town - Chichester. It has a large, open spaced kitchen/living area, a double and twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Attached to the barn is also a car port and a small outdoor seating area.
