Cozy apartment in the spa house of Seifersdorf, 25 minutes from Dresden city center. Wonderful forest trails start right behind the house. 3 beach resorts and an adventure pool with sauna are within walking distance about 1.5 km away. In the village there is an excellent baker and a village shop. A quaint narrow-gauge steam locomotive has a stop in the village. Climbing rocks 500 m away. In winter, the best maintained cross-country ski trail network, as well as small downhill slopes can be reached in about 25 minutes

Lovely renovated 2-bedroom flat

Welcome to this lovely flat in the middle of the green heart close to Dresden. You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Vacation home in Mittelsaida

Cosy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a tenant living above. I am available any time. Our apartment is quietly and centrally located in the district of Rechenberg as an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding forests. We are very easy to reach both by car and train. Rechenberg train station is only about a 5-minute walk away. The Rechenberg Ecobad is a 200 m walk away. The trails in Nassau or Holzhau can be reached quickly. Rechenberg is also located directly on the block line, a mountain bike track with a total of 15 stages.

Apartment with alpine hut in the beautiful Erzgebirge

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.
