From the terrace, you can look out over a fauna and flora habitat. Within a few kilometres, you'll find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

The house and the entire property are non-smoking areas and are situated in a rural location in the middle of the village of Zell, directly below the castle ruins of Eisenberg and Freyberg. There is a garden and plenty of parking spaces. Hikes from the house. There are many lakes within a 12 km radius. Please note that the visitor's tax is €2.20 for adults and €1.15 for children (6-14 years). Children up to and including five years of age are exempt. Please pay this in cash on site.
