We are a 6/7 minute drive from the beaches of M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, etc. Our country has, in the center , a small medieval village and around other ancient historical sites. It is at an altitude. of 220 m , nearby there are woods that give an alternative to the day at the beach . From P.le Belvedere you can see the islands of Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo and Argentario...... Given the altitude the temperature is always pleasant. We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
