The home sits down a semi-private driveway that is only shared with other properties within the Estate (5 other homes on property.) Guests have access to explore the full 5 acre property including a pathway leading down to the waterfront with access to boating equipment. Central location for hoping on the ferry to Downtown Seattle, exploring the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, & more!

Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.
