Secluded Private Guest Suite with Gorgeous Gardens

Stroll by a gently flowing waterfall through a unique and lush garden, perhaps to meditate, or simply to sip coffee in the morning sun. Turn Left into the driveway for the Mercerwood Shoreclub--- that address is 4150 E. Mercer Way. Turn left again on the road between the club and the tennis courts. The first house you see is ours. Please park behind the garage on the left side near the blue hose. There is a wooden gate. Please go up the stairs. At the top of the stairs TURN RIGHT and Left and right again to the end of the house. You will see red chairs in front of your space. The code to open the door is. With easy access to I-90, head for West Seattle for work or shopping. Seattle is just six miles west, or head east a short way to discover upscale Bellevue shopping, theaters and restaurants.

Kinglet Cottage - Bright and Sunny Lake View!

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Modern, Private Studio - 3 Blocks to Light Rail

This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks.
