Ground floor, underfloor heating, sink, dishwasher & washing machine, shower, sink, towel dryer, floor, 2x wardrobe, bed, sofa with sleeping function, table, chairs, kitchenette (fridge, 2x stove top with induction, cabinets), sat TV 43". A sitting area is available in the garden. Here you can end the evening or enjoy your breakfast. Completely renovated and newly furnished in September 2017.

Bright apartment on the Lausitzer Seenland

Beautiful and bright apartment directly by the forest with very good bike path connection to the Lausitzer Seenland. The approx. 65 sqm apartment consists of a beautiful bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and in the living room, the couch is pull-out for two more sleeping places. Parking would be possible without any hassle in front of the property at no extra cost. For motorcycles, parking is also possible under the roof on the property.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The accommodation of their bicycles and charging station is free of charge . Meissen , Moritzburg , Dresden great destinations

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

I am a tiny house, which was founded on a horse trailer that is over 100 years old. Staying with me can give you the necessary rest and mental relaxation without much luxury. But I would also like to give a retrospective of the time when owning such a horse trailer gave enough hope to get through the hard, deprived time of life on a farm at that time. Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds.
