OG eines Zweifamilienhauses. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett 1,80m x 2m und in einem anderem Zimmer ein Boxspringbett mit 1,4m x 2m. Zusätzlich zum geräumigen Bad ist noch eine Gästetoilette vorhanden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (siehe Fotos). Kostenloser Parkplatz an der Straße ist vorhanden.
