Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

Cozy and bright apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden incl. a grill area and an outdoor shower with hot water. Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Welcome to Niedermurach in beautiful Oberpfalz! We are a small family and offer our lovingly furnished vacation apartment with a picturesque view of the Murach River. It is quietly located in the lower part of our house and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is ample parking and, of course, a private entrance. Children are very welcome; a travel cot and a high chair are available in the apartment.

A large window frames a serene view of greenery and water beyond. A wooden table is positioned nearby, accompanied by simple tableware. Soft cushions are arranged along the window ledge, enhancing the comfort of the space.

In addition to the beautiful open living/cooking/dining area, our granny flat has 1 separate bedroom (1.80 m double bed) plus 1 separate bathroom with shower and washing machine as standard. Optionally, there is also the possibility of requesting a second bedroom (also 1.80 m double bed) for an extra charge. Access to this second bedroom is possible via a sliding door in the living room.

A serene outdoor space features two comfortable lounge chairs positioned on a tiled terrace. Lush greenery and a small tree provide a natural backdrop, while a stunning view of the glistening lake is visible in the distance. Large windows reflect the bright sky.
