Relax in the bright spacious natural stone bathroom and enjoy the garden with pool and barbecue area. On 68 square meters, the apartment offers you everything you need to relax and unwind. Das Haus wird mit einem Pellet Ofen beheizt dieser muss ausgesaugt und befüllt werden (Wir übernehmen das gerne für Sie). Die Nutzung des Badezuber gehört nicht zu diesem Inserat, kann aber Optional vor Ort angefragt werden.Der Pool ist von April bis September aufgebaut und überdacht so wird etwas Sonnschutz gewährleistet.

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Sauna & hot tub must be booked on request. (€80) Both are fired with wood. (No high electricity costs) Firewood for this must be brought along or can be booked with our house gardener incl. Delivery to the house can be booked for €40. Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Haus am Wilde Aar can accommodate up to 16 people. This vacation home is part of a half-timbered farmhouse from 1880 that was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. The vacation home has a large garden directly on the stream and is very suitable for families and friends with children. You can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful surroundings during your stay. Thanks to the spacious layout of the house, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and relax together.
