The luxuriously furnished holiday home (approx. 115sqm, 6-8 people (3 bedrooms + sofa bed) is located directly on the slope of the Diemelsee and offers a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The house is in the bottom row on the lake, so that no house in front of it takes away the view of the Diemelsee. Enjoy the peace and nature directly on site. If you want more action and sport, drive to Willingen, which is only 12km away, or to the equally popular town of Winterberg.

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

It was completely renovated and refurbished in 2020 and provides a cozy atmosphere with modern furnishings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The apartment also offers you a spacious terrace with seating and a barbecue, which you can use during your stay.

The apartment is fully furbished with a well equipped kitchen. You will find towels and bed linen in the bed room. 2 additional guests can stay on the sofabed in the living room.
