Check-in is possible via key safe. Parking right by the house, 15-minute drive to Allgäu Airport. The guest area on the 2nd floor comprises two double bedrooms - a small living room with small dining table and a shower room. NO KITCHEN, but fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and dishes (dishes do not have to be washed by guests). A kebab snack bar is open in the house from 11 am to 8 pm. 150 m away is a bakery where you can get coffee & fresh baked goods

Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
