Peaceful retreat between Dachau and Munich with garden views. A narrow spiral staircase leads to a small apartment for up to Sleeps 2. Double bed, bathroom with shower, and a small kitchen are provided. The barbecue and terrace may be used. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, and it's about 15 km to Munich. I live on the property myself and deliberately keep it clean and quiet. Retreats are held here from time to time.

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The proximity to Munich and the good S-Bahn connection (15-20 minutes walk from the apartment to the train station) in our town is ideal for trade fair visitors and vacationers. It allows them to reach Marienplatz Munich in 35 minutes. It is also for employees of Krauss Maffai, MTU, MAN. You can reach them by S-Bahn in about 15-20 minutes.
