With the adjoining field, the magnificent view over the forest begins. The private access to the apartment via the terrace gives pleasant privacy. Lake Tyrol is 800 m away and can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes. Multiple excursion possibilities to Kocher and Jagst by car, on foot or by bike.

The Schöntal Monastery is worth a visit – nestled in the green Jagsttal, it tells of baroque splendour and spiritual tranquillity.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Our centrally located accommodation is suitable as a starting point for both cycling tours along the Kocher Jagst cycle path and excursions to the castles and palaces of the Hohenlohe region. We also offer the possibility of fishing at the in-house Kocher section. A bakery, butcher, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, indoor swimming pool, mini golf, restaurants, wine trails, wine press and sales outlets as well as a bicycle workshop are within walking distance.

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
