The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The newly built chalet with a furnished balcony and fireplace has recently become available to holiday guests in the Kipnick holiday home. Furnished in a contemporary, modern style, the chalet promises luxury and comfort amidst the green oasis of the architecturally masterfully landscaped garden in the Kipnick holiday home. The highlight is the large bathtub with whirlpool function in the living area. In this environment with elegant flair, relaxation and slowing down on holiday is guaranteed.

Ursprünglich in 1866 von italienischen Gastarbeitern erbaut & nun von uns In über drei Jahren liebevoller Handarbeit kernsaniert, haben wir ein stilvolles Hideaway geschaffen, das Moderne und Historie vereint.

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.
