The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

From here you can explore Thuringia in all directions. Whether Eisenach, Erfurt, Meiningen, Suhl, Schmalkalden, Gotha, etc. are easily accessible from here. Oberhof, the winter sports center, is about 15 km away.
