ALTE BUCHDRUCKEREI (Bäder architecture, listed) - a beachfront, individually furnished 92.5 sqm apartment on 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 1.80 m and 1x with bed 1.40 m). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

We offer a newly built and spacious attic apartment/loft with sauna and fireplace for up to 7 people in the centre of the seaside resort of Bansin in 2018. The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) and an open living-dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .

The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
