It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

The loft has a private terrace with beautiful view of the dyke of the "Stelling van Amsterdam", historic water defence line of UNESCO heritage. Walking distance of surfbeach and lots of watersport activities. Breakfast is not included, it's on demand. The costs are 12,50 euro pp, children 7,50 euro. Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay as a family or a group of friends, with everything within reach, this house is perfect!

Situated on crystal clear water, you will find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. Explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

Two floor apartment Nieuw Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs, or if you are allergic to dogs. The main bedroom has an attic with another bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see the dogs outside, and sometimes hear them.
