Das Ortszentrum mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gasthäusern ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Wörthersee und nach Velden sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten. Schiefling bietet ein eigenes gut ausgestattetes Strandbad ist aber auch Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen in Kärnten.

Der See ist in 4 min zu Fuss zu erreichen, ein kostenloser Seezugang und Badeplatz mit Steg liegt in etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt eine Zugverbindung nach Klagenfurt und Villach. Den Bahnhof Pritschitz erreichen Sie in 7 min zu Fuss. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in 7 min Fussweg zu erreichen.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Small but nice!

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The two-room apartment has a magnificent view over the most beautiful lake in Austria and a unique terrace to experience unforgettable sunsets. In addition, if necessary, a boat mooring at the marina directly on the property is available. Opposite is the Carinthian Golf Club Dellach and the gourmet restaurant Hubert Wallner.

Sweet little home am Wörthersee

Entspannung pur oder high life in Velden! Wanderwege und Radwege direkt vor der Haustüre. Der Wörthersee ist keine 150m Luftlinie entfernt. Velden liegt 2km entfernt. Klein aber fein mit einem 50m2 großen Garten, wo du auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen kannst. Das neu renovierte Appartement besticht durch sein klares Design und seine Gemütlichkeit. Vom Wohnzimmer aus kannst du durch ein großes Panoramafenster ins Grüne blicken.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Alpen Adria Universität Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, der Wörthersee. Mobilität ist vielfältig möglich, der Fahrradweg führt an der Wohnung vorbei. Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Apotheke... ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

The stilt-felt studio offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The highlight is an additional stove to be fired with wood . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm). There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
