* Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (seasonal) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It can accommodate 6-7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

A spacious park area is framed by mature trees, providing a lush green landscape. Flowering plants add color to the foreground, while a view of the lake is visible in the distance. Sunlight filters through the leaves, creating a serene outdoor environment.

Der ideale Urlaub für Zeitreisende. Mein Haus wurde 1910 als eines der ersten Ferienhäuser am Bodensee gebaut. Die Athmosphäre im Haus ist entspannt, langsam und fröhlich und man findet hier die Zeit für all Dinge die einem wichtig sind. Naturbelassener Strand. Der Strand liegt außerhalb meines privaten Grundstückes( unterhalb der Mauer) Beim Blick aus dem Fenstern sieht man über den Park zum See . Wer noch mehr Natur sucht, spaziert durchs Eriskircher Ried.
