Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment with a view of the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

the apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Rosenalm holiday complex. There is an elevator and they can reach the apartment at ground level. The apartment has 1 room, 1 bathroom, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The room is equipped with a box spring bed , bed linen and towels, flat screen TV with access to Prime video free Wi-Fi. Spa and wellness , sauna and an indoor pool for free.

Tinyhaus Rosa

Time out in a tiny house in the heart of Upper Swabia. The location of our two igloo tiny houses could not be more beautiful: in the middle of Upper Swabia directly in an orchard with an extra sauna and horses!
