My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac this home has a welcoming front porch with ocean views, an open concept family room w/ fireplace, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a park-like backyard. Private beach connects to Scarborough State Beach. There are 3 king bedrooms and a separate kids room. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and 2nd bath has a standing rain shower with sprawling marble sink. House has towels, beach chairs and bikes.

This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. Bright and sunny newly renovated second and third floor of house built in late 1800s. Three blocks from Mystic Seaport, a short walk to downtown Mystic. Off street parking on the side of the house. House has plenty of space with two bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen size futon. I Homey and comfortable to make you feel you can put your feet up and relax. User friendly. First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.
