It is also conveniently located near the Block Island ferry. The home offers new everything from stainless steel appliances, laundry, and plenty of parking. Central air has been newly installed for those hot summer nights. The home offers a good size yard, patio with a grill, and outdoor shower. 5 beds can sleep 8 to 10 people.
