Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Das Haus ist für 20 Personen ausgelegt, Ihr wohnt in unserer BAUDE dem größten Ferienhaus des Ferienhofs. Das Gruppenhaus ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet und hat wo nötig Rampen im und am Haus. Ihr habt einen Grillplatz und eine eine Feuerstelle, sowie Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen.

Start the day in a bathrobe with a dip in the sea or a walk on the beach, while the coffee maker prepares the morning coffee, which is then enjoyed on the balcony with freshly baked rolls from Peter's patisserie. After a day at the beach, you light the grill on the cozy terrace. If you want to visit one of the many nearby restaurants, it doesn't take many minutes to walk.

Den er i nærheten av nydelige strender, familievennlige aktiviteter som bading, strandvolleyball, fiske og ikke minst fantastiske turmuligheter i mark og fjell. Vi har kajakker som kan lånes gratis. Hengekøye og bålpanne. Det er i nærheten av offentlig transport og butikk. Klatreparken "Høyt og lavt" er 5 min med bil eller buss. Hytten har utedusj, kjøkken, toalett og dobbel seng

Unser ruhiger 3 Zimmer Ferienbungalow heißt Sie in Juliusruh willkommen. Direkt an der Ostsee gelegen, erreichen Sie, nach einem kurzen Spaziergang durch den Küstenwald, den 20km langen weißen Sandstrand der Schaabe. Laut unabhängiger Gästebewertungen gehört Juliusruh/Breege zu den beliebtesten Ortschaften auf Rügen. Trotzdem nicht überlaufen, sondern eher familiär wird Juliusruh seinem Ruf als Seebad voll gerecht.

Der 3-Raum-Bungalow für bis zu 4 Personen liegt ruhig und grün, aber dennoch zentral im gemütlichen Dorf Tinnum mit unverbautem Blick auf die Tinnumer Wiesen.
