Plenty of opportunities for walks, hikes and cycling in the local area, such as Järavallen Nature Reserve, the Skåneleden long-distance footpath and the Sydkustleden cycle route. Close to swimming-friendly lake and walking distance to the sea. As well as being close to nature, it's also perfectly located between major cities and attractions that can be reached by car, train or bike. There is a bus station serving nearby towns and train stations 1.4 km from the cottage.

My little house is an affordable place to stay with an ideal location. Turn off and find the accommodation at the back of my house. A private wooden deck around the house provides a nice patio and if you feel like barbecuing, everything you need is available. What do you want to visit? Österlen? Copenhagen? Lund? Malmö? Hven? The accommodation is 800 meters from the train station, a ten-minute walk from the golf course and 250 meters from the ICA store with generous opening hours. The tiled bathroom comes with a shower and toilet, fridge and microwave, of course.

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.
