The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

This unique place has a style all its own. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

15 minutes by bus to the Christmas market (Striezelmarkt) in Dresden. 40 minutes to the ski slopes in the Ore Mountains (Altenberg). Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.
