Built in Tuscan style, the villa is one of the most beautiful houses in the Erzgebirge, surrounded by meadows and forests, not far from Karlsbad. The exclusive furnishings and fittings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and breathe the atmosphere of cultivated private rooms.

The bright 89 m² first floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is barrier-free. The fitted kitchen is well equipped... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+ extra beds as needed) with TV corner and a dining/work area as well as massage chairs and play corner and game cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here it can be increased with 2 travel cots. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

With us, you can choose between two comfortable holiday apartments or, as a large family, live together in the entire holiday home. The holiday apartment "Abtwald“ on the ground floor is completely wheelchair accessible and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment „Andreasberg“ on the first floor is designed with up to five beds for families. The holiday home includes an approx. 1000 m² plot. You are welcome at any time of year!
