Gli arredi sono nuovi, è presente un letto matrimoniale un ampio salotto con camino, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina, bagno e una libreria attrezzata. La pace e il relax contraddistinguono la località. Villa FAraldi si trova a circa 7 km dalle spiagge. Si raggiunge mediante l'uscita autostradale di San Bartolomeo al Mare; la strada da percorrere è molto scorrevole. A 10 minuti dal mare in macchina. Appartamento luminoso situato vicino al centro, al porto di Savona. E' in zona residenziale a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e ben collegato coi mezzi tramite i quali è possibile raggiungere l'ospedale, la stazione ferroviaria e Albissola Marina (fermata bus linea 5 sotto al palazzo). Nel quartiere sono presenti bar tabaccheria, farmacia, fruttivendolo e macelleria a pochi passi. La casa è composta da : ingresso, due camere da letto, un bagno e una cucina.
