The apartment is in the countryside, but only 15 minutes from the center. The Munich fairgrounds (Messe München) are 20 minutes away. The U-Bahn [subway] runs directly to Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes away.

Our apartment is located 50 km south of Munich in Gaißach. With very good transport connections (30 minutes from the A8, 5 minutes to the train station), it is ideal for hiking, skiing or swimming. In the apartment on the second floor of our new building, you will find a bathroom with shower/bathtub, as well as two (and if necessary another) bedroom. Our accommodation is quietly located in the residential area near the forest (3 min) and close to the lake (10 min.). Everything is available in the village. And within walking distance. Beautiful excursions to the mountains, to the lake and to Munich. Wonderful resort. The palace park and beach can be reached in just 10 minutes. Beer gardens and restaurants are easily accessible without a car.
