Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

It is located 10-minutes from the village of Villanders (Villandro) in the Eisack Valley in South Tyrol. The holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Oi is located in Barbiano/Barbian. The 62 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

The Moandl farm has been in the Goller family for over 100 years. Traditionally, we live from dairy farming and in December 2016 we started offering farm holidays in our newly built farmhouse for the first time.
