A short 700-meter walk to the jetty by the lake. On the island, you will find the UNESCO World Heritage site Hovgården, rune stones, and history dating back to the Viking Age. At Gamla Prästgården on Adelsö, a Hilma af Klint Center will open in 2025.

Create new memories in this unique and family-friendly accommodation. There is a beach with a swimming jetty at the sports ground, which you can reach by car in 7 minutes. There are several hiking trails on the island and the possibility to take a boat over to the island of Birka. Cafe Hovgården serves good lunches and good coffee. See more on their website. Then we have Runstensparken with its flea market within walking distance of the house. Adelsö shop, which is a grocery store, is open on weekdays from 10 am - 7 pm and on weekends from 10 am - 3 pm.

We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
