Apartment No. 3 (50 m²) in the Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is only a 2-minute walk via the private path. The Seeigel apartment (90m²) in the Villa Sonnenschein is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The beach promenade and the national park are just a 5-minute walk away. The holiday apartment is new and comfortably equipped - Wi-Fi included. Parking is available in front of the house. The well-kept garden with Hollywood swing and beach chair invites you to linger and relax. On request, we will put fresh buns in front of the apartment door every morning on request.

Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

The apartment in the heart of Sassnitz's old town is located in the historic Old Imperial Court. High ceilings, proximity to the sea, the charm of the lively marketplace and a large roof terrace make the apartment unique in Sassnitz. According to the motto: "Can it be a little more?" everything here is a bit more generous. In addition to a very large and a normal bedroom (each with a double bed), a large living room with two couches is available.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

Vacation in the reed-covered farmhouse, island of Rügen

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.
