Within walking distance you can reach the Jasmund National Park, the beach promenade, the chalk coast, the Sassnitz harbour and various shopping opportunities. Parking is available in front of the house. The well-kept garden, including a Hollywood swing and beach chair, invites you to linger and relax. On request, we will place fresh rolls in front of the apartment door every morning.

Apartment No. 1 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path. The national park and the harbour are also only a 5-minute walk away. The Whg has a living-bed, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlights are the closed east balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open west balcony with a view of the pier.

The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
