The 2nd floor includes a bedroom for 2 people, 1 double bed of 200 x 200 cm, a 1-person bedroom of 120 x 190 cm and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is located in the attic of a 3-family house. It was completely renovated in 2025 and impresses with its charming and cozy character. There are two lovingly furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed. If necessary, two more people can be accommodated in the folding bed and on the sofa. The centerpiece is the living-dining kitchen. Perfect for shared meals and social evenings. The modern daylight bathroom completes the offer with a large shower.

Our cottage is located in Muntzenheim, a quiet village 10 km east of Colmar, 15 km from the Wine Route and 40 minutes from the largest amusement park in Europe. It is on the ground floor of a former cooperage workshop near the Colmar Canal and its bike paths. Located in the center of Alsace not far from the German border, an ideal base for exploring the region. Ideal for 2 couples or 1 couple with children, it is composed of a studio and a bedroom.
