Lo spazio è intimo (16mq+9mq terrace) diviso su due piani. Si entra dalla prima rampa di scale su un piccolo balcone ad uso esclusivo (qui la porta d'ingresso). A destra c'è la Camera da Letto e a sinistra il bagno. Salendo le scale si accede alla mansarda/cucina e l'uscita sul terrazzo che mira il lago attraverso i tetti del borgo

Nonna Teresita's Lake House

Una piccola strada dove le auto passano appena, una corte storica nell'angolo più tranquillo del paese. Al secondo piano si trova la casa di nonna Teresita, che ha visto crescere molte generazioni: in ogni stanza risuona l'eco di vite vissute, in ogni oggetto un affetto e un ricordo. Le stanze spaziose e piene di luce e il terrazzo affacciato sul lago suggeriscono un ritmo di vita calmo e rilassato. La casa della nonna è grande ed ospita comodamente cinque persone. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The place is at a few hundred meters from Caldé a most renowned location called the "Portofino of Lake Maggiore"

We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
