Spacious two-room apartment (54m²) with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. In summer cozy courtyard (sun/shade), 250m to the bus stop (20 min. to Regensburg). The apartment is located at the foot of the Donaustaufer Burgberg, close to the Valhalla and not far from the World Heritage site Regensburg. The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travelers, cyclists, solo travelers... actually for everyone. We live in the same house and are looking forward to meeting you!

Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Langlaufen. Ein öffentliches Naturfreibad, ein Kneippbecken nebenan erfrischen ihren Urlaub. I speak english. Welcome!

Cozy and bright apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden incl. a grill area and an outdoor shower with hot water.
