Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest shared only with your hosts. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Our comfortable mountain apartment is located in Albogno. From here, you can reach several mountain trails and we are close to the ski lifts. It has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, table and sofa. A kitchen complete with appliances, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a full-size bed, a bathroom complete with everything and a washing machine. It has a large terrace with a table and chairs where you can dine or sunbathe. Free private parking.

Bookable weekly, just at least 5 days: Rustico is almost at the end of Centovalli, in small village Palagnedra on a high plateau with fantastic views. The Rustico offers peace seekers, hikers, bikers as well as families relaxing holiday opportunities. And if you don't feel like cooking, you will find the "Antica Osteria del Ghiridone" in the Piazza, where excellent Ticino cuisine is offered from the cappuccino to dinner in a homely environment.
