The house in the woods

I am an ancient stone house of 150 square meters arranged on three floors: on the ground floor, a kitchen and dining room; on the 1st floor, a double bedroom and 1 bathroom; on the 3rd floor, an open space with a double sofa bed and two single beds. I have a nice lawn at your disposal equipped with a barbecue, tables, chairs and deckchairs. Heating is provided by three powerful wood-burning stoves (included in the price). I highly recommend renting a car. Apartment with a panoramic terrace that overlooks Lake Como directly and allows you to admire wonderful sunsets. You'll find free parking on the road, just 100 meters away. The apartment is located in the charming upper area of Fiumelatte (Pino). It is 2.5 km from the center of Varenna. It is strategically located: from the windows we can admire the spectacular village of Bellagio. I recommend a car to get around on your own.
