This cozy upstairs studio apartment is 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, & a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital. It's close to shopping & restaurants, yet has a country feel. WE HAVE PARKING SPACE FOR ONLY 1 REGULAR-SIZED VEHICLE. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property. This is an 70s era cozy 2BR/1BA downtown apartment with easy parking. It’s private, so you feel like it's made just for you. The price you see is what you pay. It's priced for budget minded people, and it's on a busy street with street noises, so please keep your expectations reasonable. This isn't a luxury silent mountain getaway. It's in a little fenced-in area w/ yard, grill and firepit. Less than a mile to downtown, or the Arts District. Coffee, food, grocery, and parks all close by.
