The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Willkommen im Scharferl! Zwei gemütliche Holzhütten, verbunden durch eine überdachte Terrasse. In der Wohnhütte gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer. Die separate Schlafhütte bietet ein großes Doppelbett und einen privaten Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Direkt am Haus fließt ein Bach mit eigenem Zugang. Just get out - Mühlviertel in all seasons

70 m² apartment on the middle floor of our house - very idyllic location, garden, forest, all around peace and quiet. The right thing for a short break. Arrival by public transport is possible (we pick you up from the bus station - shopping on site is possible). If you want and come by car, you can also make a day trip to Cesky Krumlov, Prague, Passau, Vienna or Linz. Couples, solo travelers and families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed.
