House in the countryside

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping spaces. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Apartment with garden and terrace

Relax alone, as a couple, or with the whole family in this friendly and quiet accommodation. It is located in the basement of our house and has its own private entrance. The garden, with a comfortable seating area, sunshade and charcoal grill, invites you to unwind and relax. In winter, many Christmas markets can be found nearby. Buchberg: 1-hour walk Braunberg: 2-hour walk A swimming pool, sports field, tennis court, and a shop are just 5 minutes away. Linz is only 20 minutes away.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts and consists of an anteroom, a large bedroom and a small bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a kitchen-living room with full equipment. All rooms are separately accessible from the anteroom. From the kitchen-living room, you can go directly to a 21 m² wooden terrace in the front yard. In front of the house is a free parking space, Wi-Fi everywhere, garden view.

Enjoy the quiet atmosphere of our former farm with a central location. The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor offers a great view with direct access to the hiking trail network. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper, as well as the most important cooking utensils. In the private garden area you can soak up the sun and eat comfortably. In addition, there is a storage room, so bicycles can also be safely stored.

Signalman's house

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. An attempt was made to combine historical with a modern standard, so dishwasher, oven, fridge, filter coffee machine are available in the built-in kitchen, but at the same time the historic masonry was preserved. A wood stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze if the wood stove stays cold. In the living room you will find SATELLITE TV and Wi-Fi in the entire house.

Casa sol-rural residence near Linz

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.

The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive forest walk or one of the numerous hiking routes in the vicinity. Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.

Disconnect from everyday life - enjoy pure nature

The house is located in the northern Waldviertel on the Czech border, nestled in a beautiful landscape. All-day sun exposure and pure nature offer the possibility to let go. The area offers countless paths for walking and cycling. Very close by, in the village of Karlstift, there is a ski lift and a beautiful natural swimming lake.
