In the state-recognized resort town of Zella-Mehlis, we have developed a cozy apartment with a lot of love under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founder company of the world-famous anchor sports weapons. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old bloodbeam, next to the ancient rhododendren bushes or by the creek. This lovingly furnished vacation home was newly built in 2023 and impresses with its unique location and its unobstructed view on a plateau right on the edge of the forest. It is an ideal starting point for hiking/cycling tours in the Thuringian Forest and is ideally suited for couples, friends and families. The spacious property offers enough space. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.

Small apartment of about 60 square meters. It has a living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, as well as one with 2 single beds), spacious kitchen with counter and bathroom. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. Guests have a cozy terrace at their disposal and the garden can also be used. A grill is of course available.
