We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. 33 Ft Camper perfect for a layover/getaway

Close to Clemson, I- 85, Lake Hartwell, and Anderson. My 2023 Wildwood 28vbxl CAMPER sits in my driveway which is also home to Freedom Fences, a non profit animal rescue. This is a working farm so people are always milling around. Well behaved, housetrained animals allowed but must be crated if left alone. Great spot for Clemson football. 25 minutes to Greenville. 10 minutes from downtown Anderson. Less than 7 miles to Garrison arena. NO Smoking! If you are high maintenance, don't book!

It's 5 mins from Historic Ram Cat Alley with shopping, restaurants, and breweries with Jazz on the Alley music every Thursday night (April - Oct.) It's only 10 minutes from Clemson University. Surrounded by 3 different lakes Jocassee, Keowee, and Hartwell with just a short drive away. You can ride 30 mins up to the mountains where you can hike trails and see waterfalls the foothills have to offer.
