If you are looking for a first class Greenville experience this is the space for you. This amazing Main st. facing unit has a large balcony with opposing sofas for you to soak in the downtown experience. The entire unit was remodeled in 2019 and has brand new furnishings. It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. It is very centrally located!

Walk outside and you are on Main St. Two large balconies overlooking Washington and Main make this one of the most unique condos in all of downtown. A "people watchers" paradise! The building has an elevator and security guard, Sticky Fingers and Sully’s Bagel shop. A truly great place to stay if you want to experience downtown living. This a perfect place for those remodeling or moving!
