On the grounds of a 18th century villa, you will find our beautifully renovated holiday house. Once home to the coachman, it is now opening its doors to welcome you, your family and friends for a quiet get-away. Located between a historic fortress and the medival old town of Königsberg, it is the perfect place to relax, discover the surrounding hiking trails, and offer you a home away from home. Please note that the second bedroom (2 twin beds) is a walk-through room to the master bedroom.

The apartment is on the ground floor in an apartment building. Despite the proximity to the center and railway station (each about 10 min. Walkway), the house is located in a quiet area. One enters the apartment in a small, spacious hallway from which the bathroom, kitchen and living room can be accessed. The bedroom is adjacent to the living room, which can be separated from the living room by a wooden sliding door. The kitchen is equipped with basics such as. coffee, sugar and oil.

Outdoor seating is available. Pets are welcome – your four-legged friend is welcome here.

The apartment is in a quiet location near the city center (walking distance: 10 minutes). The apartment is closed and has a separate entrance. You have the option to prepare small meals, coffee or tea in the single kitchen. The outdoor seating is welcome to be used, as well as a grill is available (please ask), lawn use is not a problem.
