Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Charming farmhouse with garden, views & pool

Away from it all in the heart of Tuscany, Agriturismo Timignano is a beautiful farmhouse surrounded by stunning unspoilt countryside. The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car.
