In un palazzo del 1500 questo bellissimo attico, da poco rinnovato in stile moderno è di 60mq di superficie e ha 5 posti letto. Situato al terzo piano nella tranquilla Calle del Tabacco solo 1 minuto a piedi dalla Basilica dei Frari e pochi minuti di passeggiata dal Ponte e dal mercato di Rialto, uno dei migliori punti per poter visitare la città

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
