Casa del Moro

Our house, Casa del Moro, is located in the Savio valley, in the ancient historic centre of a century-old village. The ancient village in which it is located, Mercato Saraceno, already existed in 1153 when Saraceno degli Onesti wanted to create a market near the water mill, on the open space near the river with the only bridge over the Savio between Cesena and Bagno di Romagna. Casa del Moro has maintained the style of the medieval village, adding elements of recovery to support its centuries-old identity.

The PORCH WITH VIEW

Independent villa, fully fenced with car entrance gate and pedestrian gate. Large and well-kept garden with barbecue, and large portico where you can have lunch admiring the spectacular view of Mount Titano and the valley surrounding it. From the porch there is access to the living room, which offers all the comforts, with sofa bed, to the right of the living room is located the equipped kitchen. Also from the room there is access to a corridor that houses two double bedrooms,a single bedroom and bathroom.

Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. Apartment finished renovating June 2021. 150 meters from the sea and 50 from the main tourist street. Equipped with all amenities and services (air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, laundry, hairdryer, TV, microwave, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 service bathroom). Small outdoor courtyard for exclusive use. Within 200 meters, you will find all the useful services from supermarkets to restaurants, from bars to bakeries, from the greengrocer to the shoemaker. Private parking space 200 meters away.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla a 10 minuti di camminata panoramica dal centro storico di San Marino il comprensorio offre parchi zone pedonali e campi da tennis in poco tempo si può raggiungere anche borgo maggiore tramite le gallerie del treno oggi adibite a zona perdonabile. Il comprensorio anche per escursioni in mtb. L'appartamento rustico con pavimenti in mattoni antichi e muri in pietra è stato da poco ristrutturato ed offre tutti i confort aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomo.
