L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

Modena is one of the jewel cities of Emilia-Romagna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site for the monumental ensemble of the Great Square, the Ghirlandina Tower and the Cathedral, which can be seen from the large windows of our magnificent apartment.

Exclusive suite in an old mill

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.

A stone's throw from the Ghirlandina you will have at your disposal a prestigious period residence of 90 square meters. with frescoed ceilings 4 meters high, original Venetian wrought floors and, for your outdoor aperitifs, a suggestive balcony overlooking the Via Emilia. You will have a free pass to enter and park your car in the historic center for the duration of your stay.
