You can walk along the field road to a lovely secluded beach in 8 minutes.

The house has its own beach and sup boards hang by the shelter with grass roofs. A hot bath in the outdoor shower with a view does well after a dip. In the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset and then an unspoiled starry sky from the backyard's large terrace or from one of the house's cozy nooks such as the loft or the alcove.

One with morning sun and one with evening sun. Especially the terrace facing the street and the seaside hotel exudes a southern vibe. With this spacious house you find plenty of room for a big family. It's also perfect for two families. The newly renovated kitchen is the heart of the house. Here hours are spent in the morning sun – eating, reading, playing games and enjoying the view to the garden, fields and sea. Every room has its own charm. I bought the house two years ago and love getting this old lady back in shape. You will love this house if you value authenticity, nostalgia, spaciousness and the Danish HYGGE.

The house is located 215 m from the fjord at which it has a 180 graders panorama-view. The house was built in 2016 and is at 82 m2 with a covered terrasse at 60 m2 and an annex of 12 m2. It has a dog-friendly fenced garden. Sauna. There’s two kayaks belonging to the house. Stavns fjord with its archipelago of small island islands is a fantastic and safe play to go kayaking. Cozy Nordby with ocean views

The house is the only wooden cottage built in the ring road in Nordby. The location is really good with only a 2 min walk to the Clock Tower and the idyllic street pond bordered by old half-timbered houses. The beach is 800 m. The garden is completely open to the east with a nice view of the sea. On the other hand, the garden is completely private.
