Older seaside villa. Nice views both of the ocean and country side. The house is on 2 floors. At the bottom, there is a large living room, living room, and kitchen of a newer date. This is the living room of the house. Plus, there's a stairwell with a desk. There are two older bathrooms attached to the back entrance with an oil boiler. On the upper floor there is a rope and two bedrooms with large double beds. A baby cot is also provided. The upper floor is not newly renovated, but cozy and useful. There are several seating areas and work areas in the house.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Summer house directly to beach

Small summerhouse (34 sqm) of 10,000 sqm of scenic land with forest and with direct access to pebble beach at Sletterhage Lighthouse on Helgenäs. A peaceful oasis in scenic surroundings. The house is small with bedroom, kitchen room (with two tiles) and toilet. It is best suited for 2 people, but there may well be two children on the tiles in the kitchen. Good opportunities for angling and great walking and cycling. Approximately 7 km to shopping and 20 km to Ebeltoft.

Smallholding on the island of Samso

This is a home with a history, the house is more or less as it was 70 years ago. We try to keep the style of the house intact while adding the usual modern comforts. We have renovated with respect of the whys and ways of the people who lived here. You have the ground floor for yourself most of the time. We do however use the other room for family and friends now and again. We live on the first floor but no worries, we are as quiet as mice (almost).

Stauns 10 C with hanging wagon

The house 10 C is a totally renovated south wing of a historic wood frame house from 1680, located in the cosy village Stauns, with a small dinghy harbour and a excellent starting point for kayak and canoe sailing on the nature reserve Stauns Fjord. It's not a summerhouse area due to preservation. The house has floor heating and a stove and as you can see a unik fusion of new and old.

Stauns 10 D

The house is a converted barn, totally rebuild 2005 by myself, only the old timber structure is kept. Now with to levels downstairs I have my workshop, but it will not be used when rented out so a quiet place inside the nature reserve Stauns Fjord (not a summerhouse area) close by is a small dinghy harbour, a excellent starting point for canoe or kayak trips.
